The Missouri-Iowa football series will be half of what it was supposed to be. Mizzou has dropped the first two games of the four-game series in 2005 and 2006. Originally Mizzou was supposed to find replacement games for Iowa, but it now appears that they will compensate Iowa to the tune of $50,000. The Tigers will instead play Arkansas State and begin the series with Iowa in 2007.
