A federal judge has granted a request to have Blues center Mike Danton meet with a psychologist at the Clinton County Jail in East St. Louis, Illinois. that request came from Danton’s attorney. He’ll meet with the psychologist once a week for two hours. Danton is awaiting a July trial on charges that he attempted to have another person murdered. His attorney is also requesting that Danton be transerred from the jail to a secure medical facility. A judge will hear that request on Friday….. Blues defenseman Christian Backman has been named to Sweeden’s World Cup of Hockey team. Chris Pronger has already been named to the Canadian team.
