Southwest Missouri State-West Plains Community College has lost the only basektball coach in its history. Tom Barr has resigned as the school is being investigated for rules violations by the National Junior College Athletic Association. The school is accused of transporting recruits in private planes more times than they are allowed to. Barr compiled a 256-98 record in 11 seasons and won two region championships.
