Marc Bulger is now officially the Rams’ starting quarterback after agreeing to a four-year contract with the team. The Rams aren’t releasing details of the contract, but it’s reportedly worth just over $10-million plus a guaranteed $9-million signing bonus. The first two years of the deal will pay Bulger the minimum wage for a player with his tenure, with the bulk of the deal back-loaded to the final two seasons. In the 22 games he has started and finished in his career, Bulger has a record of 18-4 and led the Rams to the NFC West title last season. He passed for 3,845 yards with 22 TD’s and 22 interceptions in 2003.
