Partisan bickering punctuates approval of an education budget in the House. Democrats charge Republicans haven’t put enough money into funding public schools. It has approved a nearly $2.2-Billion budget for public schools next year. Debate on the budget is expected to be the main business of the Legislature as the Friday budget deadline approaches.
