April 22, 2004 By admin Leave a Comment

St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay promises city residents won’t notice a drop in services even though the city budget will be cut by eight million dollars next year. The budget proposed by city leaders would cut some positions and gives no pay raise for city workers. The city currently operates on a $411-Million budget. Slay wants it cut to $403-Million.
