The Royals’ roster is set and that’s good news for Jimmy Gobble. He made the team and will be in the rotation as the number four starter. On the field, Brian Anderson was touched for six runs off 10 hits and the Royals lost to the Giants 6-5. Mike Sweeney was 2-3 with two RBI’s. With the buzz surrounding the Royals 2004 season, ticket sales are going well. Royals’ Vice President of Sales/Marketing says over a million tickets have already been sold and they’re hoping to reach the 2,000,000 mark. The Royals open with the White Sox on Monday and that game has been sold out for quite some time.
