The saga of Orlando Pace continues. He’s the Rams’ franchise player for the second straight year, and negotiations for a long-term deal have halted. Now Pace’s agent is talking to the Browns about a possible trade. Since Pace is the franchise player, the Browns would be obligated to offer up two first round draft picks as compensation. The Browns don’t seem interested in that, so another proposal would have to be agreed upon if the deal were to happen.
