Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts has visited Missouri for the first time since he secured the Democratic Presidential nomination, making campaign stops in Kansas City and St. Louis. Kerry’s message to crowds in both cities was that he, not President Bush, is best suited to lead the country. Kerry is vowing – if elected – to do all he can to cut the federal deficit, create more jobs, and end tax breaks for American companies that send jobs abroad.
