A ten million dollar lawsuit has been filed by a man once accused of killing ten patients at the Veterans Hospital in Columbia. Richard Williams spent 14 months in jail, facing ten murder charges and a prosecutor promising to ask for the death penalty against him. But he was freed last August when it was announced lab tests of tissue samples were faulty. Williams is suing the lab – National Medical Services.
