MU Women Fall To K-State In Big 12 Tourney

The Missouri women were eliminated in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 tournament. The Tigers fell to Kansas State 79-58. The Wildcats shot 67 percent in the first half, and raced out to a 48-25 halftime lead. Kendra Wecker led all scorers with 25 points. Stretch James led Mizzou with 18 points, while Evan Unrau recorded her 14th double-double of the season with 17 points and 10 rebounds. The Tigers are now 17-12, and will have to wait until Sunday to find out their postseason fate.
