NWMS Hires One Of Its Own

March 9, 2004 By admin Leave a Comment

Northwest Missouri State has hired former player Adam Dorrell to take over as their new offensive line coach. Dorrell, who played from 1994-1997, fills the opening left by Bart Tatum who was promoted to offensive coordinator. Jim Svoboda started the chain reaction when he left his post as offensive coordinator to take the quarterbacks coach job at UCLA. Svoboda’s departure, and the subsequent changes, marked the first movement since Mel Tjeerdsma took over as head coach at Northwest in 1994.
