Fourteen people have asked a St. Louis judge to kick a woman off the city school board. One of them is an assistant superintendent of schools who says she was victimized when board member Rochell Moore dumped a pitcher of ice water in her lap when Moore became angry during a discussion. Another of the 13 is a fellow board member, who says Moore has threatened her with violence if she questions Moore’s mental fitness. Another judge already has ordered Moore to stay away from those two.
