The Saint Louis Billikens were no match for 12th-ranked Cincinnati on Wednesday, losing 77-52 on the road. The Bearcats proved their point early on by breaking a 13-13 tie with a 15-0 run and went into the locker room at halftime leading 37-24. The Billikens trailed by 11 points with 6:52 to go, when Cincinnati exploded again—this time for a 13-0 run to put it away. Field Williams torched the Billikens with six three-pointers and finished with 20 points. James White was 10-14 from the floor and led all scorers with 23 points. Izik Ohanon, who had 12 points, led the Billikens. SLU improved to 14-10 overall and 7-6 in Conference USA, while the Bearcats upped their record to 19-5 and 9-3.
