Saint Louis University seemed poised to snap a three-game losing streak in conference play, but they found a way to blow a 21-point lead to DePaul and lose 70-68 at home. The Billikens led 38-17 late in the first half, but saw that lead slowly dissipate. The Blue Demons were deadly from thee-point range, hitting 12 of 18 shots from behind the arc. They also dominated SLU on the boards, gaining a 38-17 rebound advantage on Wednesday. Saint Louis’ loss is even more baffling when you consider that they had just two turnovers on the night. Josh Fisher led the Billikens in the loss with 13 points and six assists. SLU is now 11-9 overall and 4-5 in the league. DePaul is 14-7 and 7-3.
