Blues Lose In Ottawa

February 11, 2004 By admin Leave a Comment

Things went downhill quickly for the Blues in Ottawa on Tuesday. Daniel Alfredsson scored at the 1:34 mark of the first period as the Senators topped the Blues 3-1. Marian Hossa scored two goals in a 2:18 span near the end of the first to make it 3-0 Ottawa. Blues’ goaltender Chris Osgood stopped the next 20 shots he saw and Mike Danton scored in the third period, but it wasn’t enough for St. Louis. The Blues have just one win in their last ten games.
