Missouri associate basketball coach Tony Harvey is being sued by a Columbia man who claims he wasn’t paid in full for work done to Harvey’s house. Ken Hensel says he is owed $5,000 for painting Harvey’s home. Hensel claims he was supposed to be paid in Missouri football and basketball tickets. H reportedly got about $525 worth of tickets, which was less than he expected. Once he stopped receiving tickets, he billed Harvey for the monetary amount he believed he was owed. If the tickets were from a complimentary supply offered to coaches, Harvey would have broken a university policy prohibiting the use of tickets for personal gain. Harvey admits giving Hensel tickets but says he paid for them. The incident wouldn’t violate any NCAA regulations.
