Nebraska football player Kellen Huston has agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of peace disturbance after punching a Missouri fan after the Tigers win over the ‘Huskers in October. Matthew Scott joined thousands of Mizzou fans who charged Faurot Field at the conclusion of MU’s 41-24 win. According to Huston, Scott taunted him and that’s when Huston punched him in front of at least two television cameras. According to his attorney, Matthew Scott required surgery and is suing for damages. Huston could face up to six months in jail and is subject to a maximum fine of $500.
