Three NFL coaches were fired yesterday including Gregg Williams, who is a native of Excelsior Springs, Missouri. The Bills failed to make the playoffs in all three years of Williams’ tenure and went 6-10 this season. They ended this year’s campaign with a 31-0 loss to the Patriots. Williams was a quarterback for Excelsior Springs High School and Northwest Missouri State. He was also a head coach at Belton High School in the mid-80’s. Bears head coach Dick Jauron and Cardinals head coach Dave McGinnis were also fired on Monday.
