Missouri’s program to give senior citizens discounts on their prescription drugs is not going over as well as hoped. The SeniorRX Program has only about 19,000 people enrolled. Organizers of it were hoping for 55,000 enrollees whent he program started 18 months ago. The newest signup period begins January first and goes through the end of February.
