Construction Set To Resume On Randolph County Jail

Construction on the new Randolph County Jail can resume, at last, because almost $7-Million in bonds have been sold. Construction has been stopped for almost two months while several disputes had held up the sale of the bonds. The new jail will replace the one in which a couple of jail officers were murdered two years ago in a failed breakout attempt.
