Southwest Missouri State University has decided to let free speech take place on almost any part of the campus. The school had been facing lawsuits from students challenging the university’s restrictions on demonstrations and rallies to one location. The policy had required anyone planing a public form of whatever kind to register in advance with the University, and only hold their events in a specific area. The SMS chapter of the Young Americans For Freedom had filed a lawsuit, saying the restrictions were unconstitutional.
