Kansas City has still another downtown redevelopment plan. The centerpiece of this one will be the new world headquarters of H&R Block. The company says it’s going to build a half-million square foot building that will be part of a big entertainment district. The plan also calls for one-thousand units of housing for the area. Total investment is expected to be more than $800-Million.
