Rams wide receiver Isaac Bruce may not be ready for Sunday’s game against the Bengals. He suffered, what doctors are calling a high ankle sprain, in the second quarter of their 27-22 win over the Seahawks. The team will make a definitive decision later in the week, but for now he’ll stand on the sidelines. At his weekly press conference, head coach Mike Martz said, “He has the potential, or the possibility anyway of being available this week. We’ll just have to see how he is and we’ll hold him out of everything until Saturday. ” Bruce has played in 85 consecutive games, including the playoffs. The Ram’s quest for home field advantage took a hit yesterday, as the Eagles held off the Dolphins in a 34-27 win in Miami. The Rams and Eagles are both 11-3 this season.
