For the second time in a few days the Show-Me State becomes the Snow-Me State as a winter storm dumps three to five inches on much of Missouri. The snow is causing driving problems in some regions. The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill, near Kansas City, says there is some good news in that there probably won’t be any strong winds with the snow. The storm, which is moving in a north-northeast direction, is expected to be out of the state by late this afternoon or early this evening.
