A stolen car chased from the St. Louis suburb of Florissant into Illinois has plowed into a car at an intersection, killing the driver of the other car. Police say a passenger in the stolen car told officers he and the van’s driver were planning a home invasion when police interrupted them and they took off. Two stolen rifles were found in the car. The van’s driver is charged wtih murder because of the crash.
