Marshall Faulk was the story on Sunday. The Rams running back ran for 102 yards and three touchdowns, leading the Rams to a 48-17 win over Minnesota. With his three scores, Faulk now has 127 TDs in his career. He passed Walter Payton and Jim Brown and moved into fifth place on the NFL’s career-touchdown list. As a unit, the Rams piled up 396 yards of total offense. Marc Bulger had a solid game, going 15/20 for 22 yards with one TD and one INT. The Rams defense stopped Minnesota in the second half. St. Louis forced three turnovers and sacked Daunte Cullpepper 8 times. Leonard Little, who played his first game in a month due to injury, had four of those sacks. With the win, the Rams are now 9-3 on the season. They remain one game ahead of Seattle for first place in the NFC West.
