Deer hunters in thirty counties will be asked to let the Missouri Conservation Department remove lymph nodes from their dead deer. The Conservation Departmemt hopes to learn from 6,000 deer if chronic wasting disease has reached Missouri. It’s in several states nearby. Tests on 6,000 deer last year found no signs of it.
