Governors from 13 Midwestern states are meeting St. Louis, talking jobs. A panel of specialists were invited to the annual meeting of the Midwestern Governors’ Association to help members keep the manufacturing jobs that haven’t left for overseas and attract those jobs associated with the “knowledge-based economy”. The group is meeting in St. Louis, because Governor Bob Holden is Chairman of the Association this year.
