An arrest has been made of a woman police say called in threats to an Independence elementary school. Police say a woman claiming to be Brenda Martin stated she would come to Sycamore Hills Elementary School and shoot anyone who got in her way, including police officers. Authorities took the threat seriously and locked down two schools, posting heavily armed officers at both, because Martin has children at both schools. Police now say the woman had only pretended to be Martin. Her identity has not been revealed.
