Senator Christopher Bond is calling on Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge to locate a Homeland Security Regional Office in Kansas City. In a letter sent to the Secretary, Bond and Kansas Senator Pat Roberts, suggest Kansas City would be an efficient choice for a Homeland Security Office because the region is already home to other federal government offices.
