The revolving door in Kansas City Congresswoman Karen McCarthy’s office has turned again, and another top aide is going through it. It’s the third top-level staffer she has lost in three months. Christopher Hoven has worked as McCarthy’s top aide since September 15th. McCarthy’s Chief of Staff left July 25th. His replacement left September 5th. Hoven was hired ten days later. A dozen of McCarthy’s staff people have quit or been fired since March.
