A $100,000 settlement has been reached in the lawsuit filed by the father of Dominic James agianst the foster parents who were caring for the boy when he died. Sidney James has agreed to the settlement of his suit against John and Jennifer Dilley of Willard. John Dilley is charged with murdering the boy, who was three years old when he was beaten to death. John Dilley’s trial is to start next week.
