Two inmates of the Jefferson City Prison who had eluded authorities for three full day have been caught and now face charges in connection with the murder of a third inmate. Prison guards found inmates Chris Sims and Shannon Phillips hiding behind a crefully concealed false wall near their work station at the prison ice house, not far from where the body of inmate Toby Viles was found. State Corrections Department Spokesman John Fougere says Sims and Phillips gave up without resistance. They are being held by themselves in the prison. Both could face charges in the death of Viles. Fougere acknowledges it will be good to get the prison back to normal operations. Viles was found dead late Wednesday night. An intense search failed to turn up the two suspects until Sunday morning.
