The fifth candidate to file for Missouri’s presidential primary election in February is retired General Wesley Clark. He’s the fourth Demcorat in the race behind Senator Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut, Congressman Richard Gephardt of St. Louis, and Congressman Dennis Kucinich of Ohio. President Bush is the only Republican to file so far.
