The state is putting up $1.2-Million to retrain employees of the Daimler-Chrysler plants in Fenton. But it expects Daimler-Chrysler to spend $27-Million to improve the factories. The plants make Dodge Ram pickup trucks, and Dodge and Chrysler minivans.
