Governor Bob Holden wants an investigation to find out how four tickets for the Jackson County Sports Authority’s suite at Arrowhead Stadium could be listed on e-bay, the Internet auction operation. Members of the authority are appointed by the Governor. A spokesman for Arrowhead Stadium has told the Kansas City Star admission to the suites is complementary. Bidders had run the price up to more than $611 before the tickets were pulled from the auction. Commissioners are forbidden from selling the tickets. One commissioner says he gave four of his tickets to a charity which gave them away as part of a fund-raiser and the ultimate owner is the one who apparently put them on e-bay.
