Mizzou quarterback Brad Smith has been named the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week. Smith had 303 yards of total offense and tied a school record with four touchdowns in Saturday’s win over Nebraska. Smith threw for 180 yards, ran for 123 more yards and three touchdowns and caught a touchdown pass from Darius Outlaw. All of his TD runs came in a fourth quarter which saw the Tigers outscore Nebraska 27-0. Smith is the first Tiger to win a Big 12 player of the week honor this year.
