The St. Louis Rams dominated every aspect of Monday night’s game with the Falcons. St. Louis shut out Atlanta 36-0. The Rams defense gave up just 209 yards of total offense, forced four turnovers and even recorded a safety. The defense also contributed a touchdown. Travis Fisher returned an interception 74 yards for the game’s final score. It was the Rams first shutout since 2001, and their first home shutout since 1993, when they were still in Los Angeles. The Rams offense also came to play, racking up 496 total yards. Torry Holt caught 11 passes for 161 yards and two touchdowns. Marc Bulger finished 23-of-34 for 352 yards passing and two touchdowns.
