What a way to stay unbeaten. The Chiefs came back from 17 points down in the 4th quarter yesterday and beat the Green Bay Packers 40-34 in overtime. Trent Green threw a 51-yard touchdown pass to Eddie Kennison in OT to win the game for Kansas City. That play capped a bizarre three-play sequence. Just seconds earlier, Morten Andersen had a potential 48-yard game-winning field goal blocked. On the next play, Green Bay’s first offensive play of overtime, running back Ahman Green fumbled the ball, and K.C. recovered. Trent Green then found Kennison on the next play. Green threw for 400 yards and tossed 3 TD passes. Priest Holmes ran for 81 yards, 41 of which came in overtime. Tony Gonzalez and Johnnie Morton each topped the 100-yard receiving plateau. The Chiefs are now 6-0 for the first time in their history.
