A judge in St. Louis is thinking about whether to keep the concealed weapons law from going into effect at midnight tonight. Judge Steven Ohmer says he’ll conduct another hearing today. Opponents to the law say it’s poorly worded and is unconstitutional on several grounds. An assistant attorney general representing the state says opponents have not shown any good reason to delay the law. An appeal to the state supreme court is expected no matter how Ohmer rules.
