An independent panel’s report due out tomorrow outlining some of the problems the State Transportation system is experiencing has been delayed. Highway commissoners have asked to review what will be in the final version of the report with a chance to respond and make sure any inaccuracies are cleared up. A draft version of the report came out last week. The new release date for the report could come in about 10 days.
