Dante Hall is an original. He’s putting together what could be the best returning career ever. He’s already done something no one’s ever done. He was named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for the third straight week yesterday. It’s the first time any weekly AFC award has gone to the same person three times in a row. In each of those weeks Hall has a special teams touchdown. He scored on a punt against the Steelers and has zoomed to the end zone on kick off returns against Houston and Baltimore. So far this season, Hall leads the NFL in kickoff returns—amongst those who have more than one return—with an average of 35.5 yards per return and third in the league with 17.1 yards per punt return.
