There’s a good deal of controversy over a portion of the $87-Billion President George W. Bush is requesting from Congress to pay for the military effort in Iraq. At issue is $21-Billion which would be used to rebuild the war-town country. Senator Christopher Bond says it would be money well spent, being used for reconstruction projects. Bond says the sooner stability can be restored to Iraq, the sooner the Americans serving in that country can come home.
