Kansas City’s Police Department is going to re-think its policy on chasing cars trying to get away. The Board of Police Commissioners has agreed to the review after meeting with friends of a woman bicyclist who was hit and killed by a car being chased by police. The citizens group has given the police board a petition with 400 signatures asking for the review.
