The Royals are doing what they have to do at this point…win. Last night they topped the Indians 12-8. Angel Berroa was 5-5 with three runs and an RBI. Joe Randa drove in four runs and hit his16th home run of the season. Rondell White also went deep with a three run homer. Darrell May was tagged for seven runs, but only one of them was earned. He struck out eight batters, which is a season best for him. Kansas City and Minnesota both won their fourth straight game. The Twins beat the White Sox. The Royals remain three and a half back of the Twins and trail the White Sox by two.
