The magazine says the Missouri Lottery grew by more than 21 percent in the latest fiscal year. That growth comes after a 15 percent growth the previous year. But State Lottery officials say deep cuts in the agency’s advertising budget imposed by the Legislature will make it hard to continue that trend.
