Rams head coach Mike Martz laid any speculation to rest on Monday. He named Marc Bulger as the starting quarterback this week, as they prepare for a road game against the Seahawks. Martz didn’t say if this was a permanent decision, adding, “I’m not gonna make any bold statement about how long this is gonna go.” Bulger passed for 236 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday’s win over the 49ers. He’s 7-1 in eight career starts. In that time he’s compiled a quarterback rating of 102.1. He’s tossed 16 touchdowns and has been picked off six times. Warner, who has battled injuries, has lost each of his last eight starts, dating back to Super Bowl XXXVI. The Rams are in Seattle Sunday.
