Former Catholic priest James Beine gets 12 years in prison for exposing himself to students in a St. Louis public school. Beine was drummed out of the priesthood 26 years ago because of allegations of sexual abuse. He changed his name and became a school counselor. When he gets done with that sentence, he has to do a 57 month fefderal term in a child pornography case.
