The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission has a new Chairman. Moberly businessman Barry Orscheln, who had been the Commission’s vice-chairman, has been elected the new top man. He takes over the post after previous Chairman Ollie Gates of Kansas City voluntarily stepped down in order to comply with transportation accountability legislation.
